About the Business

You will be given the opportunity to meet many playing partners whatever your level through an array of organised activities including mini-leagues, club nights, handicap tournaments and our annual club championships. We are proud to have coaches which are level 1 and 2 standard with organised coaching sessions held for juniors through to adults.

The club currently has 1 Yorkshire League team as well as 6 men’s and 2 ladies teams in the local York and District League. These leagues run from September through to March so keep an eye on the fixture dates and come along to support your club! We also have a team in the local York Summer League.

The club is affiliated to England Squash and we achieved the England Squash and Racketball Charter Silver Award. This award recognises that we have excellent facilities, offer a welcoming environment, sets high standards in child protection, and works closely with local schools to develop the future generations of squash and racketball players.

As well as 3 squash courts, changing facilities (which have recently been refurbished to a very high standard) and a fitness room, we have two different bar areas to enjoy a refreshing drink at discounted rates after a hard game of squash! The bar area has viewing onto two of the squash courts so is ideal for coming along to support the club teams on match evenings. We have Sky Sports & BT Sports with two large screens so a good atmosphere is always guaranteed for watching your favourite team! Table tennis, a pool table and darts boards are also available for use.
